1. Controller
Jamie John Nigel Henderson Jones, trading as Prime Pick Recruitment, is the controller. Business address: 34–35 Butcher Row, Shrewsbury, SY1 1UW. Email: enquiries@primepickrecruitment.co.uk.
2. Information recorded
We record the contact and organisation details you provide, the nature of the enquiry, appointment scope, location, employment basis, compensation context, intended timing and any explanation of the hiring problem. Standard source and campaign labels may also be recorded without placing personal information in the URL.
Employer-contact enquiries are maintained separately from candidate registrations. Submitting an employer enquiry does not create a candidate record or place the contact into a candidate pipeline.
3. Why it is used
The information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, establish whether a recruitment conversation is appropriate, maintain an auditable business record, prevent duplicate submissions, secure the service and manage any later commercial relationship. The main legal bases are legitimate interests, steps requested before a possible contract, legal obligations and legal claims.
4. What registration does not do
Registration does not create a recruitment assignment, exclusivity, a fee, candidate authority or permission to disclose an identifiable candidate. Those matters require separate written agreement and, where relevant, candidate permission.
5. Sharing and security
Hosting, database, security and email providers may process the record under appropriate contractual controls. Employer enquiries are stored as structured records and do not accept file uploads. We do not sell employer-contact data or add contacts to marketing lists through this form.
6. Retention
Unprogressed employer enquiries are reviewed after 12 months. Records connected with an active recruitment relationship, legal obligation, dispute or claim may be retained for the applicable period. Records are then deleted or reduced to the minimum information that must remain.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Use the published privacy email or privacy request form and select Employer contact (or Both, if applicable). We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
