1. Who provides the service
Prime Pick Recruitment is a trading name of Jamie John Nigel Henderson Jones, sole trader. Prime Pick acts as an employment agency for permanent employment. It does not employ candidates or supply temporary workers.
2. Service and type of work
Registration asks Prime Pick to assess whether a focused recruitment service may be appropriate. If Prime Pick and the candidate later agree to proceed, the service may include qualification, considering and seeking permanent senior or specialist work in the target roles, role families, locations and compensation range recorded for that candidate, preparing an identity-protected Capability Card, approaching an agreed employer market, arranging authorised introductions and supporting interviews or offers. The agreed target scope may be narrowed in writing during qualification.
Registration does not guarantee active representation, a vacancy, an employer approach, an interview, an offer or employment.
3. Prime Pick's authority
At registration, Prime Pick is authorised only to assess the submitted information and send service communications about that registration. Prime Pick will obtain separate recorded authority before using a Capability Card externally or disclosing the candidate's identity, contact details or identifiable CV to an employer.
Prime Pick is not authorised to accept or reject work, enter into or change any employment contract, make an unverified statement, or receive salary, remuneration or other money on the candidate's behalf. The candidate makes every interview, disclosure, offer and employment decision.
4. Fees
Candidates pay no fee for work-finding services. A hiring employer may pay Prime Pick a recruitment fee under separate employer terms.
5. Candidate responsibilities
The candidate must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge, identify material limits or conflicts, keep important availability and preference details reasonably current, and avoid submitting information they are not entitled to share. Identity, bank, National Insurance, unnecessary health/equality or confidential employer material must not be uploaded through the general registration form.
6. Non-exclusivity and ending the service
Registration is non-exclusive unless a narrow written arrangement is later agreed. The candidate or Prime Pick may pause or end the service at any time by notice. Ending the service does not reverse a disclosure already made with authority or remove a record that must lawfully be retained.
7. Privacy and changes
The Candidate Privacy Notice explains data use, recipients, international processing, retention, rights and complaints. Any material change to these service terms must be provided in writing and agreed before further affected work-finding services are provided.
